      I want to get a family member some DNP but I've read some scary shit about it! We all know how the Internet is so I would love some feedback from people who have used it like the dos and donts please!

      DNP questions

      Don't go above 250mg
      Don't take it more than 3 weeks, cycle it. 3 on, 3 off.
      If sides are tolerable, do a dose every other day
      Take it before bed

      Hmmmm...I love DNP...Now with that said.
      Look up Dr. Tony huge on youtube/enhanced athlete...DNP dudes.
      So:
      #1Who is using it and why?

      #2 there is no known treatment for overdose some have used ER ice baths and cooling, but it does not gurrantee shit once you get there, you can die......I ran up to 1000mg for 2 days in week 3 after building up the courage (trust me it was not scary but daunting) and tolerance to see, that was my biggest drop of 8.5# in 2 days...750 was tolerable but 1000mg was simply put-hell. At 1000 a day driving your car or laying in bed is like being on a treadmill walking on 3.5 constantly...my wife was WTF...I was told after the last run...she was not happy...the lethargy is hell...sex is a fucking rough...lol lifiting was tough...smaller sets moderate intensity, cardio was literally 6min on a stair climber...lol was fucking dying...50-60 floors im out...
      I tolerated it pretty well and at my size 6-1 275#, 500mg a day was a breeze...but its an IQ test, see what you can run, keep it low and safe...IF you're stupid you die...
      I started at 300#BW and after 4 week run I dropped 26# now sitting at 278#
      DIET
      #3 I ran 200grms carbs a day, Vit E, fish oils barleans orange swirl (awsome), zinc, mag, Barleans Cocoa greens veggie mix 2x a day...at 750mg, then went to low carb almost keto...I felt the best and looked the best...I didnt time carbs with DNP dose some Bbuilder friends I know would train 4am, carb up post, then take DNP and to curb lethargy during the day-ingest small amounts of pre workout...post lifting.

      #5 water weight bloat for me was slight, you cannot take an OTC diuretic nor should you if your bloated, DNP passes the kidney enzymes that a OTC duiuetic would trigger you to eliminate water...nor should you especially if your not hydrating (THAT IS CRUCIAL) i was drinking 2-2.5 gallons a day...

      #6 INTERESTINGLY ENOUGH...AND IMPORTANT...I TESTED THIS, I READ IT RESETS YOUR SET BODY WEIGHT SET POINT...SO I STARTED AT 300...I DROPPED 26, GAINED 3#.
      IVE BEEN OFF FOR 3 WEEKS THE LAST 12 DAYS AND IVE EATEN things that should have set me back- UNclean diet:
      BUFFALO WILD WINGS 25 WINGS 2X
      Subway 2 footlongs at a time...2x
      12-16 eggs a day/12oz lean meats daily
      added LENNY AND LARRYS COOKIES WEEKLY 4-5 day, 26 IN THE LAST WEEK LOL...390 CALORIES A PIECE AND FOOD INTAKE...
      PIZZA ETC,.ATE A WHOLE LARGE SATURDAY NIGHT...and drank 9 coors lights...

      IVE GAINED ONLY 3 #

      So I think there is some truth to DNP not allowing a huge rebound in Bfat...and regaining of weight...

      Sorry my dosing was:
      week 1 250 days 1-2, then rest of the week 500mg split morning and evening...
      week 2 500 day M/E dose
      week 3 500mg for 2 days, 5 days 750mg
      week 4 hit 1000mg 2 days... 500/morning/250 lunch time/250 late afternoon
      then rest of the days back at 500mg...cuz i was fried...lol

      I say in all caution and I cannot say this enough, even with clients I work with...750mg or above is and can be lethal...it is quite safe to use at LOWER doses, if you're a dumbshit...and do not respect the drug or any of these drugs...and they kill you-they blame the drug, not you being a dumbass...good luck brothers/sisters.

      I just ran DNP for the first time a few weeks ago to try and see what all the hype was about before I start a competition cut. I ran it for 14 days. The first 5 days I did 250mgs of the crystalized capsules. The last 9 days were at 500mgs. I was more concerned with how my body would tolerate it than actually tracking how much weight I dropped on the first run. To be honest with everything I read online I thought I was going to die, hahah but obviously tried it anyways. My experience was this, I think it is listed as so dangerous because people take it, don't feel anything immediately and they take more. This happens over a few day period and then they die. I didn't feel any sort of thermogenic reaction for at least 24hrs. I thought I had gotten bad DNP. I waited patiently on day 2 I could feel it working and the sweats began. Having researched the drug I knew that it took a while to kick in. Everything I read online said wait at least 3 days before increasing your dose. At 500mgs a day I was sweating at night, sweating sitting in a leather chair and sweating hard while work out. 750mgs was a limit I will try next time around but I feel like even that could be overwhelming. 1000mgs is CRAZYYYY, ^ you must have been melting.

      A lot of ppl increase the dose cause they don't feel it. DO NOT DO THAT. Give it 4 days to work

      I was hot...in the winter...and the front door is open and my wife and i are watching a movie (she was wtf are you doing)...plus, I had to sleep in the spare room with the window open...LOL 1000mgs is HELL. The cycle of not being able to sleep+the lethargy each day was rough...I didnt mind the heat...it was the accumulation of "knowing mentally i was fucking gassed and felt it" putting clothes on at 1000mgs- your breathing was like just finishing 10 jumping jacks...Being tired and fatigued you can push through...at 1000 you cant...so after day 2, I was fuck this...LOL but the scale was good to me...Being samoan (dad) and russian (mom) i can look at a burger and gain weight...
