Thread: Crashing estrogen?

I have seen mention of this in other posts but what are the symptoms? Are there other symptoms of high e other than tits water and fat? I just wnat to be prepared if i start feeling funny.

High estrogen: Sensitive or itchy nips. Sometimes they look like a flushed color.

Crashed estrogen: My wrists get very sore. Even when I am not lifting they will just start aching.

Hard part is, a lot of the same signs for high are also the same for low... such as your dick not working.

For me, high I get more acne and my nipples are sensitive to the touch. Even like grazing a shirt over hen. More bloated and watery.

Low: aches are the worst part. Pissing out more than you're drinking.

I usually know my e2 is in range if I'm getting wood throughout the night and my dick is always fine getting hard easy.

very true! I get bad water retension on high E2 but not low E2... I get very angry and irratible with low E2 but not high. Everyone is different my friend! These gents nailed it!

I know mines getting real close to crashing when my joints all start hurting real bad. But most have varying clues about it.
