On cycle liver support
I'm going to start using tudca, nac & milk thistle for cycle liver support. How much of each should be used for optimum protection?

I'd picked up like 5lbs of the pure powder for about 80 bucks. Ended up being like 5000-500mg servings but it's not capsulated. You mix it with liquid. Smells terrible and the taste is worse, lol.

I use Liv52 and cystone for kidneys. Also use some Red rice yeast and Q10
