Planning next cycle (lean bulk): Advice? Just higher Test? EQ, Deca, or NPP?
Being the analytical fucker I am, I sit around and read about this sh*t when I have down time @ work. Hadn't trained in YEARS, and back at it for a couple years. I'm getting older, & wanted an edge in training. I Know everyone recommends 500mg/wk as the best first dose, but in my opinion, I was too damn fat to take that much. I wanted something to facilitate the cut & help me hold on to my muscle during. So, a few months back Decided to dip my toe into the pool of AAS. After advice from a few BOP Brothers, I decided on what amounts to a "cruise" dose of Test-C (300mg/wk) b/c based on much of what I've gathered, any higher dose is pretty much wasted during a cut. Haven't had any sides aside from a little ball shrinkage.
Plans are, once I get to a leanness more optimal, to go into a "bulk" to see how my body reacts to a higher dose (maybe 600/wk). Would this be the time to stack in another compound or should I just roll w/ the higher dose of test? Depending how long it takes to get to what I'd call "fairly lean" (~10% BF), I may toss in some VAR and try to see just how lean I can get. If not, I'm going to switch gears to bulking.
If I go w/ another compound, what would be your thoughts as to what to use? I'm looking for something to supply lean, keepable gains. Due to the synergy b/w Test & nandrolones, I thought about possibly running NPP at first to see how I handle it, maybe transitioning into Deca. I also thought about EQ, but I know that those cycles are typically really long.
I've been reading through the recommended cycles, and learned quite a bit about the rationale behind stacking compounds (why do you pair this w/ that). Really just asking opinions & advice based on you guys' experiences. I've only got one friend I'm fairly tight with that has exp w/ AAS, and he's a pretty cool guy, but is REALLY fucking opinionated. He's been doing this sh*t for a while, and I DO value his advice, but just b/c he tells me something & I decide to go a different direction does NOT mean I dismissed his advice. I'm in the medical field, & am WELL aware that individual responses to compounds are just that: Individual.

I'm kinda in the same boat with npp and deca as I'm about to start a cycle with npp and planning a future one with deca. Still doing research on it myself and look forward to what the guys out there have to say on this matter as I've never ran either compound before. I'm mainly trying to nail down what dosages to run for my test with npp that I'm going to run at 400-500ew.

If I go the nandrolone route, personally thinking about running NPP at the beginning of the cycle & transition into using Deca. If I react undesirably to NPP, it won't take nearly as long to get it out of my system. If things are A-OK, I don't see any reason NOT to go to a compound that will allow me to pin less often. I THINK I'm leaning toward running a Nandrolone due to the synergism b/w it & Test. There must be a REASON it's probably one of the most common stacks.
Lots of guys run different ratios (1:1, Deca>Test, Deca<Test). I guess we're both looking for input on where to START. I think a lot of that is the same reasoning why people vary Test:Tren ratios, considering Deca/NPP/Tren are all in the same family.
All this being said, I think I'm probably gonna limit the cycle to 2 compounds. If I start getting adverse effects, will be much easier to pinpoint why.

I prefer NPP to deca body reacts bad to deca, I also love EQ. How about good base dose of test 500-600mg weekly, EQ same dose, EQ IMO needs to be ran long so that can be used as a base in the cycle, and whatever dose of NPP you prefer(300-500mg) weekly and use that in and out of the cycle every 6-8 weeks. Possibly raise test dose slightly during off time of NPP if progress stalls.

Strange considering they're both the same compound just w/ a different ester attached. I was considering starting w/ NPP to see how I reacted and switch to Deca if everything was going well with NPP b/c Deca would allow less freqent/lower volume injections. This would be my SECOND cycle. I'm trying to take a KISS approach. I just didn't want to use Deca out of the gate due to not knowing how I'd react to nandrolone, and NPP would allow me to see gains a lot sooner.
E3D injections would supply a fairly stable blood level of NPP, correct? I'm sure I could modify my test dosage to E3D to inject both on same days.

I think E3D would be fine with NPP but EOD is obviously optimal..

My opinion.... run another test only cycle but at a higher dosage...i experimented with different test esters at different dosages before i moved into stacking... that way u can see what your 'sweet spot' of test is and what ester you 'cleave' most efficiently. Get some bloods drawn half way into your cycle so u can see how the dosages affects your health markers and estrogen. And really, cutting or bulking comes down to diet... hands down... i have done a nice recomp on 600mg test only fairly recently, and have gained nicely stacking with EQ for total of 1g(test + EQ) just for a reference, good luck to ya brother! That was an option I was thinking about...seeing how I react to higher Test dose (600/wk). Actually been thinking about doing that for a while.

I am about 6 weeks into a NPP ,Var and Test cycle and I am digging it.all ready seeing progress and adding plates at the gym, I am running my test at 500 ( 250 x 2) and my NPP at 125 EOD the var I started at 50 mg ED and pushed it up to 70.(last week of var)
the var has been good to me but I would have got better results with a little cleaner diet, my diet is good don't get me wrong but I have had a few more cheats than I should,
also I throw in a little Cialis here and there and still rocking the bedroom
