BLOOD TEST question

Im going to get my blood work done in a week or so. I was also going to give blood soon.
Should I give blood a few days before bloodwork or give blood after?

I don't think it matters, they don't take much blood from you for blood work.

As for the test it depends on what you want to get. For testosterone tests just make sure for total test you get the LC/MS-MS version so it gives you the numbers past 1500

It was suggested that I give blood every once in a while to give my blood a fresh start while I cycle. I was just wondering how that would play in with the bloodwork

Ive been researching the gh testing today and talked to some people about it. I ended up ordering things separately because the combos didn't come with LC/MS-MS option. I ended up getting the Total test with the LC/ms-ms, gh test, and igf test. They had a combo on there but the test count stopped at 1500. I was told to take 10 iu's 3 hours before the gh test but that will just let you know whether it's real or not. With igf you should have your prior gh use baseline and get tested after being on gh for at least 60 days. For the testosterone test the better option would be to also include estrogen, and free and bound test, I didn't get that this time though. There's a liver fiction test on there, just gotta find it. Like the other ones, I didn't see it in a combo that included LC/MS-MS option. And as for giving blood it doesn't matter since they don't draw much for the test.

Also all I know about giving blood is that if you give red blood cells it can help with your bp. I hear it's a good idea if you're on eq. Not sure if it's bro science or not but that's what I've heard.

I've heard that clen increases rbc production. Also not sure if it's bro science. Just what I read.. on here, actually.

lots of shit we take causes rbc's to increase, its one of the main culprits of high bp. Some drugs cause it more than others though.
