can we gather information on reducing muscle spasm and cramps in this thread
Ok so with any other compound than testosterone I get really bad muscle spasm/cramps (NPP, DBOL, Var, Tren, Deca). I want remedies to this please. Its literally my only side effect but it holds me back in the gym and has even led to a couple of minor injuries from muscle spasms happening during sets.
So far what I have gathered is
Taurine 5-10G
Not sure of what the most effective dose for me is, I'm about 240.
Potassium
Ca
Zinc
Magnesium
Eating a few salty foods if drinking 2+ gallons a day
cramps get especially bad on Var and Tren

5 gr of taurine is good
Plenty of water
Eat or drink foods high in potassium.
Magnesium be careful depending on the type of magnesium it is used as a diuretic.

That's what I do is bananas 1 a day but if it's really bad drink a little pedialyte in your water that can help also it's full of electrolytes and minerals for dehydration but it helps balance the minerals which cause cramps.

UGGH...Tren cramps...especially in calves wake you up screaming in pain...

Do me a favor . first how much magnesium are you taking and what type? All magnesium are not the same and some have a horrible absorption rate.
