2nd cycle advice
going to start my 2nd cycle within the next month and im wanting to go with tren and sust.
my first cycle was just test e.
is that a big jump or reason to be concerned? i had one guy say its a great cycle, and another told me that it was to big of a jump and i shouldnt do it. anyone have a value based opinion on this?

I'm not crazy about sust myself. Didn't notice it kicking in any faster and still ended up running prop as a kick start.
As far as tren, if you know where you need to run your AI for the amount of test you plan on running and everything is dialed in there, I don't see an issue with it. My first run with tren I ran ACE and started low, and bumped it up slowly every couple weeks. That way when the sides got bad I could back off and not be stuck with it for awhile.

l like test c better but that's me . Did u make good gains on the test only cycle ? If so why add anything til u need to add something ? I would do npp,Deca or eq run first instead of jumping right into tren . Just make sure ur have ur AI on hand and some caber and everything should be fine .

Tren is a hell of a drug lol. Start low and be cautious. As far as sust goes I like it better than E but at the end of the day test is test just depends how quickly you want it in your system

my strength gains were actually tremendously better than i was expecting. not size though, unfortunately i lost about 10 lbs. not really a bad thing just wasnt expecting to lose weight. the only reason im thinking of adding was from my understanding was dont you lose what you gain with test when you cycle off?

Losing has nothing to do with gear brother it's ur diet if u lose ur not eating enough .
I'd add 100mgs every week this time and one more meal a day or a shake.

In my not so humble opinion this time - you are not ready to take steroids and need to do a lot more reading and research on your own about different compounds, what they do, advantages and disadvantages of different types of cycles cycles. More importantly you NEED to study and learn about PCT - what it is, why you need it, what xompounds can be used for it and lastly and as important as anything else is you need learn how to eat and how nutrition plays the biggest factor in your gains. You're foolish for just taking advice from a budy or guy at the gym and the lack of results from your first cycle and not knowing what to expect showes/proves ignorance that IMHO is inexcusable...!!
This probably seems harsh and i probably could have said all of this in a nicer way but I'm really anoyed at life right now and just saying it as it is. I apologize for my abbrasivnes. If you can get past that part it's good advice that you shod listen too..!!!
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

I don't like sust either,way too many fluctuations for me,lethargic one day then energized,I like plain prop or e myself lol

okay, sust is a great compound. Make me thick, full and I stay somewhat dry. I would not inject less than eod.
tren is fine, it doesnt really matter. Know why you are using it.
complaining about losing weight mean you dont know the first thing about eating. eating is everything in bodybuilding. you can take all gear you want, you will maybe improve a little. mostly waste a lot of time and energy, EATING IS EVERYTHING IN BODYBUILDING it is far more important than training and the hormones are waste of money without food
lastly if you dont want to lose weight from pct, dont pct. I dont know why anyone ever do this???? why....??? I never understand this

Being "real" Is too often misconstrued as being abrasive. People are coddled too much today.
If you gain/lose weight on cycle, it all comes down to diet, sleep, training, etc. Drugs are the "frosting" on the cake. If you have a shit cake, I don't care if it's the most luscious buttercream you slather on top, you're still going to have a shit cake. You'd have been better off making a GOOD PLAIN cake w/o the frosting.
I don't get the "Devil May Care" attitude about these compounds. Myself, I actually went back & forth, back & forth, back & forth before I decided to hop on test...but I'm old and my test was pretty low to begin with. I'm on 300mg/wk, and currently pondering my 2nd cycle. It'll probably be 600mg/wk of the same compound and possibly an oral. Simple.
If you're going to insist on going ON, again. Get your shit in line...esp your diet. If you're wanting to gain, MAKE SURE you're eating enough. Don't guess...TRACK IT. Be consistent.
