Thanks again guys. I gotta look into all this. I think the diet, as usual us the most difficult part. Not because of self discipline. But because of food variety. Often my problem is what to eat. I need variety. But I gotta find the foods that work and stick to that. I think I'll start with cycling.

Cycling is an effective option and lower impact which is easier on the joints. Honestly bro, I'm part of the pro-cardio side; I cut it way down in the winter when bulking, but in the summer I really hike it up. Aside from fat loss, it is key to your endurance and conditioning which definitely carries over to your weight training and adding lbm. Plus I just feel better; I know that easily winded scenario when I have taken bulking to the extreme and I just feel like shit. One last benefit is heart health; everyone wants to look good, but you have to remember you only get one ticker in this game and you gotta take care of it!
