Just writing in cuz in short my cardio sux! So the last 5 years I've basically concentrated on gaining mass. I hated always being the skinny guy. I was 155 lbs soaking wet. Now I'm 205 lbs. Probably 18% bf. Anyway......Ive done cycles of Test, Tren and Nand Deca. Some just Tren and Test. Etc. But now I'm back to riding motocross. Question is..........what is best gear, in BOP members opinion, for leaning out and working on cardio. Should I just do Test only? Test and Nand? Honestly I have none. I've gained the weight and just didn't care about cardio. Now I'm 205 and I go ride my bike and can't do half a lap. Anyway. Opinions please. Thanks in advance.
