Evening everyone! getting ready to start back on a good round of gear, so I can finish out the rest of the year with a good offseason, and then hit the stage again in 2018. In this photo, I'm about 210, and right now I'm keeping my diet clean, with not too many cheats. Diet consists of jasmine rice, tuna, chicken breast, and plenty of steak. Every now and then I'll have a pizza for a cheat. The plan is to incorporate Deca, Test E, Tren, and then bring in the A Bombs and D Bol. And then of course I will have Arimidex on hand as well. I don't have a specific weight I'm trying to get to, just looking to put on. some serious quality size, and maintain as much of it as possible once I cycle off.
