      What is the best cycle to run for muscle recovery for MMA?

      Whats ups brothers, i been training a lot recently and Iam constantly seriously sore and i want to get my recovery/strength up.I was thinking to get your brothers opinion on what i should go with(All i ever done was some test E back when i was high school ), thanks guys.

      Not sure how old you are now, but the better to stay away from roids before you graduate... HGH could help a lot on recover in some ways, also the better effect when comes to roids.

      EQ, test and a lot of food. Stay away from orals. Don't over train. Get bloodwork and give blood to make sure your blood doesn't get too thick. No simple carbs, always complex carbs.
