Defining genetic limits (growth & maintenance)
Anymore I see people posting about genetic limits, and what defines "genetic limit"..
So, Let's discuss this:Let's hear from you on what you think defines genetic limits, peaks, blasts, and maintaining..
And for the purpose of the topic, lets keep it maximum muscle growth while ON, and maintaining while OFF.. (fucking natty talk, Lets talk about getting there and staying there IF YOU CAN)
Gaining,sustaining, achieving and so on..

My trick to staying motivated while off cycle is to not use creatine and PWO and things like that until I'm done with the cycle. That way when I start my PCT, I start the creatine and the hemo rage and the larginine etc and it makes me feel like I'm on something, and I'm totally desensitised to it all. Its a mental thing mostly.

I think genetic response is related to your body's ability to use the food, training and gear you're giving it.. someone could have a better response one or all three compared to an average gym rat making that person have a genetic advantage. I used to think genetics was just bs, someone is just working harder than you until I started training with a first call national map level guy. The way he grew on the baby doses he was taking and his 7/11 diet made me a believer
anyway I think the key to maintaining is trying to keep your strength when you're coming off. Work up to your working set and maintain strength. Take longer between sets. Keep calories the same don't try to diet you're gonna lose everything you worked for on

I completely agree with you. Lowering calories during PCT is a baaaad idea.

Well one thing about genetics is your skeletal system...which is actually your musculoskeletal system.
Your skeleton is a frame or foundation that supports the muscle. Small frames can only have so much muscle...larger frames have more muscle.

My hardest thing with this is my fat gain while off cycle,my body naturally retains fat easy and when I come off test this happens 10 fold for me.
My last cycle I was doing great, ran my pct and stayed on my exact diet and that shit hit me hard, and there came the fat. It's insane what just a small dose of test can do for me,even just 250mg a week as opposed to none keeps my body in a much better state.

Well your going to gain fat in pct and after... that's just low T but keep it in check with diet and training and add a natural test booster to speed along the process

I don't think there's a natural test booster out there that genuinely works though.
I think that's where HGH comes in...2 to 4iu helps!
