      Wtf!?!

      Started this little body building journey I was 130lbs. 4 years and a lot of gear later I'm at 180lbs. Not complaining there and am by no means fat but I do find some simple things are much harder to do these days like putting on my socks and shoes and wiping my ass. Wtf!?!

      Having a hard time putting on my shoes REALLY pisses me off!!!
      This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

      I call it bulking pains. After a while your body will get used to it. Now the wiping your ass part just means you have huge lats. That's not a problem. IMHO

      More muscle also takes more energie.
      But 180 is not that big... how tall are you?
      Get under 12% if not already and you should be fine. Your body takes some time to get use to the more weight you put on in bulk

      its the socks that shit me... not only do they barely fit my gh bloated feet, they seem to get stuck half on, I actually don't even bother taking them off anymore, rather wait till they fall off as I sleep! and wat the fk is up with size of a shower these days.. sharing a shower with the mrs used to be fun. now its just annoying..
