it depends on organism will you have problem with prolactin high level, just in case take 50mg of vit B6 ED and if your cortizol level is high you will have high prolactin co after workout take 300mg of phosphatidylserine, it will keep your cortizol and miostatine level low ( catabolic phormones ) thanks to it your prolactin level would be lower and your muscles will grooooooow faster good luck
