So i was thinking of running 4 weeks Methyl test at 40mg a day and take 8 weeks off before i Run test e @ 500/wk and kickstart with Dbol first 4 weeks.

My question is should i use adex while on both cycles and 4 weeks clomid/ nolva?

Tbe methyl test is acyually methyl 1-alpha. Ive done a few ps ph cycles in the past. Superdrol, epistane etc.
I eat 280-300g protein daily and sbout 450g carbs. I train 4 days aweek and slso work a very manual job pouring casts for big diesel engines. Lifting 80-120 poinds 150+ times a day in a 130 degree room.

Want to do the best pct possible after the Methyl 1 alpha so my natural test is completely back to normal before my test e cycle and then want to know best pct after thst cycle as well.
I know adex and nolva and clomid is a mainstay protocol, but im just making sure i got it all correct. I know methyl 1 alpha shuts you down hard from what ive read

You should wait till you're on cycle properly. Why shut yourself down and then take 4-6 weeks feeling shit, trying to get your balls back working again and then you're just going to suppress them again anyway. You're looking down the nose of HPTA damage if you ask me.

So then maybe 500 test e a week for weeks 1-12 and methyl test weeks 1-4@40mg a day , take 0.5 mg adex daily and weeks 14-17 do Clomiphene @ 50mg daily and Tamoxiphene @ 20mg daily?

Also has anyone tried this cycle?
Would hcg be a wise choice? Heard it can snap a guy back quick regardless of how hard hes shut down
