Based on half life I say split the dose. That way you have it in your system all the time. But I know guys who do it all at once and do fine. It may be 6 in 1 or half dozen in the other ...cause all at once is a bigger dose and it half life's off longer so to speak..
50mg half life to 25 to 12.5 to 6 wake up and dose again.
Or 25 to 12.5 then dose 25 again..25 compounded on top of 12.5 now blood levels spike to say 30 then half life to 15 then to 7.5..etc.
This is all relative on when you dose.

I use to just take 50-75mg an hour or so before the gym. Half life is pretty long like 12 hours or longer. No need to keep it going all the time I feel like it's strength for the gym yah know.

And CEL cycle assist should be enough for tbol. Taken 4 hours after you've taken your tbol. So take tbol at 6 am workout at 7-9 then at 10 take your cycle assist
