Hey brothers I was looking for best way to combat gyno and puff nipples on 500 mg test e and 50 mg Anadrol? AI currently using letro at .25 ED a little much...I know the anadrol is a tricky beast when it comes to estrogen effects and gyno..waiting for liquid adex to land..

Take Nolvadex mate... when i have a flare up I take 40mgs for a few days and it goes away... u can continue to use ur letro but sounds like it may be bunk

I tired to pm you bro can't get my shit to work right..what AI should I use till liquid adex arrives can't be good to switch between the three..I have aromsain and letro. Also should I use the nolva whole time on anadrol? I have read that adex and nolva do not jive.

Try Using the Letro at .25mg E3D and you should be fine.

Yeah it is a tricky one, seeing as its a DHT derivative but can have side effects along the same lines of dbol. No reason you cant take nolva on cycle to combat gyno but nothing beats having estro under control to avoid all the other problems.

AI with Novla I have done some research and what I have come up with is I should not use adex or letro for AI while using nolva. I should use aromsain.

Yea if the letro isn't working it could be junk,I'm not a huge fan of liquid AI at all,but in any case I usually run half an adex daily and it prevents it from flaring up.

I had another question I was thinking about switching from Monday and Thursday pins of 250 to every 3 days. I pinned M/T last cycle. Would this create more stable blood levels? Perhaps ance and mood might be a little better ?
