Depends if you had tabs , you can even cut those in half to start .
If it's liquid it would be even easier to dose .
Unfortunately I know more guys that cycle without AIs than I do with .

Not everyone needs them but need bloods to tell. I got a mate that runs 2g of test with 800 tren e no ancillaries bloods all good and he is huge and lean as fuck

Many people don't use ai's.
And it depends on how you convert test! Bloodwork is important. Ok So you have adex.
Or asin.
As most suggested. I'd start aromasin 12.5 ed. Due to the short half life. But you need bloodwork. To see where your levels are about your 5th week.

Hahahaha.....guys, I'm looking for a starting point. I pull bloods early and often. No offense, but I'm not taking yalls words for ai dosing over the entirety of a 12 week cycle. But because i have never personally used aromasin, I would like your opinions/advice for a good starting point to be adjusted upon receiving bloodwork.

Based on ur previous adex dosaging... i'd say it would be safe to start exemestane at 12.5 every day and assess from there brother! Good luck pal and be safe! Just from personal experience... the lipid damage isnt gonna be dramatically different between exemestane and anastrozole... minimal sure... post bloods when i get them so we can see bud, and hopefully u have print outs from prevy bloods to compare!

Well Pete, you've received many recommendations for you to start out on in this thread, one of which was my recommendation and others which were recommendations from some very experienced members of the community. I wish the best upon every BOP member but if you fail to read the thread that you created and find something useful in what has been posted so far you will have a hard time as people still start to give up on you.
