gave up on tren because of cramps/spasm help me solve this issue? any good electrolyte powders out there?
just pulled the tren trigger again.. Last time I made it 5 weeks before i stopped
last time it went like this
week 1: Nothing
week 2: Urinating like crazy with no cramps
week 3: Not urinating often with CRAZY cramps/spams
week 5 gave up due to cramps
I tried taurineand various minerals maybe not high enough doses or wrong kinds?
what kind of magnesium/potassium/calcium should I buy? I hear some aren't well absorbed.

Potassium gluconate, full multi vitamin and Pedialyte should help. Keep the taurine in as well. If still persistent add D3 and magnesium.

I've had good results with doctors best magnesium for sleep. Typically, citrate will give you runs but that's at high doses. I think bitrate is a good form. Maybe someone has better experiences with other forms for cramps. I don't normally get cramps so I can't give advice.

magnesium is used for muscle relaxation. using magnesium citrate will cause runs for first week or so but it will hit faster when u take it. magnesium glycinate is a cross between glycine and magnesium and will hit weaker but wont cause runs and will last longer. glycine is also a good thing to take so its a double benefit. whatever u do i suggest taking a multivitamin with these or make sure ur getting zinc to because zinc magnesium and calcium must be balanced. if u want an in depth explaination of what these do, research
bioavailable forms of (calcium/magnesium/zinc/potassium) etc. whichever one u are looking for

What nobody has asked, when do you get the cramps?

If you are having calf cramps from my experiencs no electrolyte mix is ever gonna help. The only thing that helps against that is the medicament quinine.

Cramps happen at all times of the day. I'll move my leg or arm and it feels like it's locking over and over as I move through the motion.. or I will just completely cramp for 2-3 minutes. If i just worked chest generally that muscle will cramp hard/often for the next 24 hours
