If you have never ran any compound before I would just run test and enjoy the ride. First cycle is the best you'll never grow like that ever again if you have your ducks in a row

That's whst I'm here for brother! 12 weeks is A good place to start for your go around. I say 500mg a week , so you would omit that into two injects , Monday and Thursday.
Have your post cycle supplies with you at the start of your cycle is generally s good rule of thumb.

And what ester Nand you planning on running? Deca or PP? If Deca then realize that it's long ester. It can take almost 6 weeks before you really start seeing and feeling the difference.
