Popped My Cherry... Well, Kinda lol
This is going to be a complete noob situation, but I'm a chick, so I never pinned oils (just win suspension) and/or my delts - here I go.
I started my 12 week cycle about a week and a half ago:
10mg NPP EOD in the delts
5mg of var
I'm using a slin pin and I think bc of the virgin muscle that the oil built up in my left delt. You can feel the welt under the skin and its warm and itchy. The right delt isnt so bad. I'm just super paranoid that its infected or that I jammed the damn thing in too deep while I was pushing the oil in and its fucked up lol
So get it out, laugh... how long will it take for this to go away? Its annoying as hell LOL
Thanks guys...
Trying to upload the pic I took but the site is acting weird. You guys have another site I can use to upload this pic? pretty please.

10 mg of NPP? Is that in an
ml/cc If oil? For example is the dosage set at 10mg per ml of carrier? I'm trying to understand the amount of oil being pinned. When I 1st started pinning my delts I used to get big welts as well. Oddly enough it's only recently that I discovered 2 things. One is that I wasn't changing the pin I drew with for a new pin. 2nd was that I wasn't going in far enough with the pin. In my logic I felt 1" pin would hit the bone. So I'd only go in about half way. So now I go almost all the way in and change out the pin with new one before pinning. No more PIP. And no more welts. Also I mive the angle and side of the delt I pin. I use to pin only the center. As far as how long it will take for this to go away. That depends on if it's actually infected or not. But in normal PIP it's usually like 3 to 5 days. But sometimes has taken 2 weeks.

I'm in for pics but I would think it's probably not going deep enough (thats what she said) to absorb
Edit when you say just the tip and a few mins later youre balls deep. Try going balls deep with the pin you know you want to

Insulin pins can be used for IM injections. I only use slin pins for oils. I hit each head of the delt, ventro glute and pecs and rotate. Gives me a lot of sites and gives each site time to recover. No welts or PIP for the most part. The only thing with a slin pin injection is that you have to pin it in and place that is Lean muscle. 1/2 pin is not going to make it through subq fat. It has to go right into muscle. I suggest either pinning with a larger needle to bypass the subq fat or using the slin pin in a location that is lean (usually delts are best for this). There are tons of videos on it as well online. Check out Tony Huge's tutorials on it.

Ok. So you're pinning .10 of an ml which what I figured. 100mg per ml. You pin .10
Well how long is your slin pin? Seems like although you're pinning small amount you may have a, relative to a male, small delt. So the slin pin may not be penetrating the felt deep enough. Can't really say. But I'd try 1st giving your delts a break. And then using a longer pin.

I hit the anterior and medial head of the delt - I have next to no fat on my delt that's why I chose that site lol
