Hey guys, thanks for all the input and opinions! So i went back to the clinic and saw a different doctor today. Straight away he looked at my arms and said il need the bigger fitting for the test and changed over the standard armband for a larger one he had in his drawer. My results came back at 143/66 with a resting heart rate of 55. He said a normal sized armband on my arms will always give me a false high reading. So my last few doctors and chemists I've been to to get my BP checked have been oblivious to this fact and given me wrong information. I cant believe these fuckwits were considering putting me on BP meds without even thinking to use a different size arm fitting. Anyway, lesson learnt, and I got a new lease on life
time to blast hard again haha
