Blood pressure issues got me worried AF
I think gearing may have fucked my blood pressure, Im looking to hear any other peoples stories or experiences. Resolutions, ideas and inputs as I'm pretty concerned. I don't have any family members with blood pressure issues so its not hereditary. Also if any young guys have experience with training, gearing and knowledge of good/bad side effects of blood pressure meds they've been put on I'd be interested to hear.
So over the last year I've had a few different doctors at my clinic take my blood pressure when I go to pickup new script for viagra. standard protocol. None have mentioned a thing to me until my last visit last week. She checked my blood pressure. it was about 150/90 and resting heart rate around 85. She looked at all my other blood pressure readings the other doctors had written and they were all very similar. This doctor was very concerned as I'm only 25 years old, exercising a shitload (weights 5-6 times a week and intense cardio 3 times a week). currently I'm only on about 750mg test, so no orals or tren as usual which could potentially jack it up higher. I've since been checking it on my own for the last few days a couple times a day and getting almost exact same reading each time. whether or not I've had a coffee makes minimal difference. Ive been blasting and cruising for a few years now, before i started gearing i was about 80kg now I'm around 100-102. 6'1, quite lean and vascular, under 10% BF if i was to guess.
Im just shitting myself because I'm set to see the doctor in the next few days and she said if nothings changed next visit we're gonna have to do some further tests and scans and get me on blood pressure meds for the time being. She did an ECG scan on me and said it doesn't look how its supposed to, but not to worry as she wants to do another one next visit to be sure. She wouldn't tell me what or explain the scan and just said give it one more chance next week..

Couple questions. How big are your arms? What size bp cuff is she/he using. If they are using one that is to small it will jack up your numbers.

You say youve been cruising for a couple of years, do you donate blood? Have you had your hematocrit level checked? High number of red blood cells will thicken the blood and in turn will bump up your bp. It is highly reccomended for all trt patients to get blood drawn quaterly as its the only way to stay on top of it. I used to donate after blasts but my level was too high previously wgen i tried coming off, so this was just after a heavy and long pct...i now need to go to doctors for cause testing etc before i can donate again :/... after this blast i shall get my blood checked and hopefully my doc can set me up with the blood donor place so that they pull my blood regardless but then scrap it.

Honestly bro if you're 25 you shouldn't be running gear like you're on trt unless you had bloodwork showing naturally low test levels but to each their own ya know. As far as the BP is concerned if it's around the same reading everytime most doctors won't see an issue but in my experience the meds will help on an actual cycle. I would look into donating blood at least once every other month or so and that should help bring your bp down too.

If it were me I would at the very least bring that Test dose way down to a realistic TRT level like 150mg per week, or better yet come off completely with a well thought out PCT. Focus on the diet and some supplements that aid with BP/cardiovascular related issues, log the BP daily, and get bloodwork done regularly. If there's no improvement after a few months or any other issues pop up then go see the doctor again. You're way too young to have these kind of issues.

Brother you should go see a cardiologist if your ekg came back abnormal not your primary.
You are elevated , what is your normal reading off gear? There's so many things can make a big difference on your reading , but if you are chronically elevated this issue needs to be addressed
There is no reason to walk around with HTN when it is as simple swallowing a pill. ace inhibitor is what should be prescribed. It should have no impact on your workouts.
