you will holding a stack of water man..i find a good 5 kgs or so. wait till day 3 or 4 off dnp, then hit a mild duretic and you will be amazed.. jokos nailed the loss of strength.. consider the advantages of slin in a dnp state..
I don't do cardio on dnp, simply no need on the doses I use. I rather bun hot and couch my arse..
hoping you have researched the possible gains to made after dnp... you will be like a sponge. absorbing juice and nutrients in staggering doses can be utilised for about 3 weeks...

That's right boys and girls! Catabolism creates the best environment for freak

(or not) as a result of what we "absorb", not due to what we eat. During this controlled
catabolic period (Frank whined at this point) we create the ability to absorb, transport,
and utilize amazing amounts of calories.
There are Always Choices
There were two best choice protocols possible for setting the perfect
environment for Frank. One was simply a matter of reducing calories (fats/carbs) to
about 50% (or less) normal and over-train for 14 days before beginning Phase I. The
other involved a little chemistry and 1 1 days. (Gee, which do you think Frank N.
Steroid chose? Ya, so let's get on with it.)

get your mrs to go the doc... tell the doc she gets painful water retention from her period.. the doc will prescribe wat you need... you will piss more than u can ever imagine.. highly recommend you don't take proviron at the same time.. morning glory and the need to piss is not only painful but damn well impossible to get it in the toilet..
