      Did shoulders this evening - wow - fucking sweat machine. I have never sweated that much in my life during a workout. Crazy

      Morning! Weighed myself yesterday - just forgot to post - my bad.

      According to the scale in my bathroom - 210.5 as of 6/14/17. I am gonna keep going by that scale's reading throughout.

      250mg again today. Maybe it's all mental but I swear I feel that my system is working overtime and I have that feeling in my stomach area. The one where it just feels like weight is being lost lol - idk maybe not?

      Awesome DNP Is very powerful compound. I am so curious to see result day 4 day 8 , 10, 13, final result and what the carry over weight loss will be.
      Also if you could post up a generalized idea of your food intake. Yeah, that would be awesome awesome.
