Gotcha..., I did the carb depletion so maybe we keep tabs on each other a little and see if any big benefit/advantage to doing so or not.

Im just saying its far from being minimal unless your oats, banannas, apples, almond butter, sweet potatoes, pretzels, fruit cups, black beans, and pb&j sandwitch are all very small portions.

It is portioned out.
The feedback I have gotten is that you can eat whatever on DNP and you will lose weight. In my opionion , I am minimizing the amount of food in terms of portions but not eliminating something altogether. This is a test run for me - trying to see what DNP is all about and how I respond.

Don't sweat the carbs cuz from what I am reading you need a pretty decent amount for DNP to work effectively anyway. Just be prepared for sweats after meals w carbs according to literature I read.
