cost of bloodwork
can anyone tell me where i order the forms for bloodwork on internet? and or do i just go to doc and ask for it to be done? whats the cheapest route? and how much does it actually cost out of pocket?

Buy it online then go to the lab you chose during your order hand them your form and they take blood. You pay nothing else but what you pay online it's easy no appointment just walk in
