strength progression on cycle
so i was on a 5 month cycle. and i thought my gains were slowing down after 2 months. but my strength says other wise. i gained 50lbs on bench. then out of nowhere i gained another 50lbs just randomly along the way. does anyone here progress like this? or is it more of the 5 lbs a week type of deal. cuz i swear sometimes this shit just comes out of nowhere. kind of like my dmz cycle. week 2 i mighta been up 10 lbs. right before week 3 bam about 40lbs increase. (bench)
also keep in mind i gained most of my weight until the last two months my weight plateaued but strength still went up
i just hope to god my next cycle will yeild some decent gains like this one
