No prob guys i went threw it so these are good alternatives to goin caber or prami but i coast on.25 caber a week but supolement b6 and vitamin e ed as well i hate the puff on nipple since then libido threw roof no sides lean dry as well i do 12.5 exmestane 2 time a week always

Maybe pain or one of mods can sticky this for everyone

Vitex (Chasteberry):

This is a special type of herb that is mainly used for raising progesterone levels and balancing progesterone to estrogen ratio.

It also promotes ovulation, improves timing of the menstrual cycles, nourishes the pituitary gland and helps lengthen the luteal phase.

I do .25 every sun some do more .50 but my sides not severe so do .25 for precaution works great
