      DNP daily log coming

      I am 44 years old. So I'll be a bit more conservative on my run. I'll start at 150 mg per day. I will log food intake activity and AAS.
      Well AAS won't change trestolone ace primo ace and oral winny Ed TNE WILL BE PRE WORK OUT.

      DNP is great man. It is a bit harsh while actually running it. Tired, hot as hell, just overall sluggish. I will def be following

      up that dose man...low dose dnp does very little in fat loss. it will help to compensate for a less than good diet.. on dnp you wont gain muscle unless u use insulin. which ill assume your not..
      if you want to play safe. id recommend 400mgs every other day.. very tolerable.. wont effect your training too much, but you must eat in a keto style to burn that fat... it aint as nasty as many think.. issues are usually from the 600 mgs pd plus dose..
      personally I like 1000mgs first two days, 800 third day, 600 final and fourth day.. you will burn hot for 6 days.. do a two or three day full keto lead up to the high dose... you have a nice 9 day, in and out cycle.. perfect for priming for gains. and shitting like a boss..

      Day 1 50 mg 7 am 3 pm 11pm
      Oatmeal with peanutbutter 1 1/2 cooked 2TBS peanut butter coffee
      4 whole eggs scram cheese activia yogurt bottle water
      Nap
      5grams bcaa drink
      Finished the rest of oatmeal 1 c 1 tbs peanut butter
      Food shopping hate it
      Dinner
      Grilled pork chops Parmesan rissoto broccoli carrots cauliflower and Brussels sprouts bottle water
      Bcaa drink I had 2 chops cup rice and cup or so of veges
      Gym
      Chest 3 exercises seated press 15 12 12 10 10
      Incline dumbel press 15 12 10 failure
      Upright peck deck fly thingy
      6 sets 10
      So pumped I couldn't move chest lol. TNE.
      Biceps 3 exercise machine preacher curl 4 sets 12
      Standing hammer 3 sets 10 12 15
      Seated cable ez curl bar super set with dumbel curls followed by hammer curls that all I set 10 reps each movment
      Ab crunch machine 4 sets 20 15 15 12
      Smoked guys
      Protein water isolate 20 grams
      4 whole eggs
      I felt very depleted almost dizzy had 6 oz glass 2% milk and a brownie.
      Nothing started cold sweats drank raspberry iced tea 3 more brownies everything went away

      Took healthy BM and no ready for bed
