      Training partner

What's up fellas, almost friday!! So I've been lifting a long long time. Been through numerous training partners and recently started training with a guy I see all the time in the gym. He asked if I wanted to start working out together so i reluctantly agreed. Normally I stay away from training with people cause most people bullshit around and just don't match my training style. Lemme just say this is the first week and I'm super stoked. It's been a great match and I already see new muscle growing. It was exactly what I needed to get past this plateau. How does everyone else feel about partners? I can say for me I always wanted to train alone until I found the perfect match.

A training partner would be nice especially for heavy lifts, I put my headphones on and workout solo, to me it's a pain in the ass to depend on someone else and the timing of meeting up, but if you got a good one congrats

I wish I could find one. I feel I'd be a lot further ahead.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

Bro in 1week been really seen some impressive things going on in terms of strength and aesthetics. Crazy how the body responds to something different.

Good training partners are hard to find. I've had a few great training partners over the years and even more crappy ones. If you find one that matches you and pushes you through the times you would normally quit, I say hell yeah. I've had some great workouts on my own, but there's nothing like feeding off the energy of someone pushing you to train harder.

I train with my wife 6 days a week
      For the last 3 years
At first i was reluctant to let her estrogen ruin my workouts
Turns out not only has our relationship gotten stronger
So has she, she is now competing in powerlifting
My lifting has benefited also i cant let a woman beat my ass

My wife has been the most reliable hard working training partner ibe ever had

I've always been able to lush just that much harder with a partner. Not sure why but I like the boost I get. It just rarely happens due to scheduling

I have a training acquaintance....he is hardcore as any of em but we only meet up once in a blue moon. Schedule s just don't match and I train in multiple locations depending on where I am.
I hope one day I can maybe find one but instead I hire a PT . I use him mostly for HIIT so he can push me through but sometimes we do weights (high volume stuff). It's actually pretty good cause he is always there and we tend to get right to bizness

      PM me or contact Puritysourcelabs.ru

Bro in my opinion working with a partner who motivates you is great...especially someone who is more advanced but knows your limits and doesnt expect you to meet his...Maybe a mental thing for me but seems i get those extra reps or a little more weight...
