cruise dose debate (what do u maintain gains on)
what doseage allows u to maintain ur mass on a cruise?
i know doseages give people different ranges so i guess a better question is, if ur diet is in place
can u atleast maintain 205lbs at say 8 percent bodyfat as long as ur test is in the 1000s?''
but if ur more experienced with dose. how about 150mg test per week?

asking a certain bf percentage is way to specific bro
thats all on you no matter your test dose weather it be a gram/week or 100 mg/week.
most UGL test is 200-250 mg/ml. to keep it simple i'll pin 1 ml once a week (so 250 in AELs case) and with proper nutrition and training like on cycle you can maintain gains easy.
i know several people who maintain gains on 150 mg/week easy too. i wouldnt go below that. but its so fuckin cheap these days why not just pin 1 ml/week and chill at 200-250 mgs

well i just figured the less bodyfat u have, the more lean mass u have, so likely the more hormones it takes to maintain that muscle. higher fat at the same weight has less muscle mass. thats all i was goin for.
and i was just curious how my pharma test prescription would maintain me since its 150mg of test. but im def looking at AEL if i wanna up that number to 250. would only take about 2 vials from u guys to last a whole year added to my trt dose. for the cost thats next to nothin and very affordable

to be honest, 250mg test E per week used to be enough for me on a cruise. But the bigger I get, the more I need to hold my weight. When I was 215-220 I could maintain on 250mg per week. But I realized that maintaining 230lbs requires a little more (like 350mg per week). Try to get by with as little as you can, but as you attain more lean mass you will probably need a little more hormone to maintain it. But everyone is different, this is just my personal experience.

All Ol depends on cruise length, water weight and a lot more. I always drop a few kg on cruise and pick it up again in the first week of blasting

If you eat at a surplus you will gain fat if training is not on point. Read all of the above for a more informative answer

I think you should be hold onto the majority of what you put on in your blast on a cruise, it's going to be a differnt look but I thinks it's doable

I think you can maintain most of your gains if you diet and focus on recovery properly. It does seems to be a trend to B&C nowadays. Relying on shoving a needle in your ass is a big jump in responsibility. I'm just saying that and don't want others to make the same mistakes I had by preemptively choosing this path.
After my morning attempt of playing mom now.... I cruise at 250 on Test cyp. I could cruise at 125mg/wk to be honest. But get greedy.
