BCAA and Creatine
First cycle test c 700 wkly
I've got a semi strong diet, taking creatine before bed on off days, before workouts, bcaa daily along with niacin. Planning on adding a shake as well after workouts, any suggestions ?

Semi-strong diet? I mean supps aren't going to fix shitty eating habits. Correct the diet then worry about the rest of it.

Honestly we would need to know atleast what your macro-nutrient numbers are. Since we don't know your numbers we cannot recommend.
My stance on supplements are not good so I dont use them. Proper diet and nutrition is king. Supplements can fill minor short-comings. But we would be making blind recommendations on a semi-strong diet. More info required.

Don't take this personally but if you have a semi strong diet your diet most likely needs some tweaking.
How about you post up your diet and training expiernce and we can have a looksy

Same here, didn't see good gains working out and lifting for years until I tuned in my diet, let alone any aas use.
Food is king and top priority if you want to change your look and maximize your training.
Very few supplements are worth while, but can help.
