if i keep calories right and dont train for 10 weeks how much mass will i lose -broken arm
should i run tren to maintain mass during trcovery or will it not help

cruise dose of test and hgh is all you would want to run. Yes you will lose a bit but surely longevity is more important?

Ya plus when I come back mtostatin will b low so I'm sure I'll gain it all back if not more from 1 cycle. Do u thnk I'll lose more than 50 pounds on bench?

As far as loosing size yes it will happen if you don't train at all.Idc if you do just legs 2 times a week and cardio also do a ton of ab exercise and keep Anabolic you won't lose very much.I can't justify to only Train one side of my upper body for 10 weeks you will grow more on side Trained. Test at TRT and HGH...If you want throw Tbol in there at low dose to help with muscle waisting.

Why would you not work out? It's a broken arm not a broken back. There are all types of machine exercises that you can be doing bro. There's no way I would let this keep me from the gym!
