alright brothers. i have some pretty bad news. the acne ive been getting from AAS just has become intolerable. seen a derm not too long ago and we're both pretty sure im still getting it because of the AAS (im on 125mg test and 250eq for a cruise) ive been using antibiotics and they havent helped. got some topical retinoids now and my last pin was last tuesday. unfortunately im thinking of taking a break from gear for at least 3-6 months to see where it gets me. accutane may be a future option but it isnt rn unforunately. so my question is. is there any compound or even sarm i can use that may not cause me to break out as much? ive tried controlling estrogen but nothing has helped so far. shower 3 times a day and everything im positive its the AAS because i didnt even really break out much as a teen. will only eq make me still break out? what about primo or sarms? please give me some insight i really love gear and training, its pretty much saved my life

Anything that messes with your hormones could cause acne. I get it worse with some over others but yea it's part of it

I wish I could help..I've been fortunate in my life to rarely get a pimple..I don't know if this will work for you..but till this day not as often as when I was young...I washed my face with close up tooth paste after I shaved...burned but it was smooth and clean afterwards...I chalked it up to abrasives in the toothpaste keeping me acne free...that's all I know about acne....hope it works out..my buddy got ate up with the acne a while back....it fucked him up...nothing helped....he stopped and eventually it cleared up...maybe younger guys may be more prone to it...I really don't know....lay off for a while see what happens....good luck...might be the compounds you're running...

I'll say sometimes it's pinning frequency if you are pinning just test e once a week that won't keep your hormones as stable as once every 4 days or twice a week. With the EQ just once a week should be ok

It may be the brand of gear you're using. For example if a lab uses EO that will tend to give you very oily skin and can cause more acne. Have you tried washing with dandruff shampoo on the affected area? That's been known to help a lot of people.

Friend of mine was in your situation...pretty much cystic acne. He ran accutane (not sure of all details, but....) cleared him up not only for that run, but (even after dropping the accutane for that cycle) he was able to run cycles afterwards too and seemed it never flared up again. I understand its harsh tho and would have to monitor ??.... (cant remember details, definitely something to monitor though)

I can relate here.....
Unfortunately struggled all my life with acne... tried everything.. you name it... Obviously aas dont help but i also have low test.... so i need to aas for that and put up with the acne.
I did see a dermo and got sick of listening to her shit telling me to stop aas... she obviously didnt know what low t levels feels like.
So i found a source for accutane and now take 40mg a day for a week then 20mg ed while on cycle... only thing that helps.. i know its harsh stuff and it drys your lips out alot but its a small price to pay ... the shit does work...

Bro I have same problem two weeks after cycle I cleared up I tried all the over the counter stuff.

Guys thank u all so much for your replies. A lot of ppl are tryna push me towards accutane. But its just not an option rn. My liver isnt the best and ik working on getting it treated
