Body fat % recommendation for 1st user?
What would be the recommended body fat % when starting a 1st cycle of Test E of 500 mg's a week?
Or does body fat really matter for a 1st time run?

You'll get a lot of different opinions on this, but for me I wouldn't recommend any AAS unless you're under 13% body fat. One thing to keep in mind is the more body fat one holds, the quicker they will aromatize. AAS should only be used when a person is great to peak shape. If someone is 14% and up, then they need to first dial in their nutrition and training before looking to AAS.

Diet and Training need to be on point before anything. And yes put your time in on both Natural before going to AAS route.

I'm 52 and probably setting at 15-17% bf I just didn't know if I should cut to single digits. And then do a blast. Thanks for the input fella's

My opinion: sub 15%(SOME ab deffinition, arm separation ect...) any "fatter" will just be harder to control sides.
u can recomp(lose fat, gain muscle same time) really nicely on 300~500 mgs of test if your training and diet are just right.
