Over training ????
On a cycle of test at 500 a week. 250/250. How many times a week can a person hit each muscle group?

2x a week is about optimal for most people, i train each bodypart every 5 days which feels right for me, i train calfs every day im in the gym which is 3x every 5 days, find what works for you, 2x weekly is a good place to start.

You are definitely not overtraining hitting a muscle group 2X a week brother, unless your body tells you differently.
