high dose TRT or blast
I'm on 100mg / week TRT
Would be it more effective to run a higher dose of TRT at 150-200mg constant, or 100mg 12 weeks then 12 weeks 300-400mg ?

only TRT 100mg, been on it for around one year.. Actually made very nice gains from that alone.

I assume you are new to training or have not trained in a while? Dudes I know that get trt from anti-aging clinics get dosed 200mgs/week. I am under an endo and only get prescribed 100mgs/week; they have different philosophies on what is best for the long term.
IMO since you are making progress you should think about bumping it up to 200mgs/week for a bit, access how you feel and if your progress slows you can do a 400mgs/week blast and see how you like it. If you are making progress and feel better there is no need to go fast. Nice and slow allows you to access how the compounds affect you at different doses.

Blasting and cruising is the way to go unless you're a competitive athlete or you just don't give a fuck. No sense in running high all the time and putting yourself at a higher risk for sides and long term health risks if you don't have to.
When you're cruising, you're taking the TRT dose that keeps your Testosterone levels where they "should" be naturally. An important question to answer before determining where your cruising TRT dose should be is what are your Testosterone levels on your current TRT dose? If your Testosterone levels are already around 1000 then there's no need to bump up the dose unless you're going to blast for a bit, however while not impossible it's unlikely your levels are that high on 100mg.
Whatever the case, get tested and know for sure before deciding if you haven't already.
Once you know where you stand, plan out a 2-3 month blast. I would start at 3-400mg weekly like you said. Make sure you have an AI on hand if you don't already. I know some people around here seem to be immune to sides at under a gram per week but that's not the case for all of us. Better safe than sorry.
Plan to get tested again 6 weeks in. See where your levels are at. Pay attention to Estradiol and see if you need or need to adjust your AI. Check liver and lipids just in case.
After your 2-3 month blast, plan to cruise for at least the same amount of time you blasted. Address and fix any issues that showed up on your last blood test, get tested to verify.
Use your notes to adjust/increase or decrease dosages to plan for the next blast, and repeat.
That's the safe and sane way to go about it IMO anyway.

Try 200 and then try 300 when you feel you got all the gains you can from 200. I like 300 as my base.
I think that since you are on TRT you can use the time to get estrogen management figured out at all those numbers and see which one has the best feel to you. You might even go up to 400 and then get that figured out. Then from there can add in more stuff but plenty of time where you can use lighter amounts and get as much gains as you can from them and not have to worry about time on cycle like you would if you had to do pct.

My test is 1200 range on 100mg a week, but it has been low as 900 too.
Im not sure if i'll ever add anything in.. I may just stick with Test only cycles. ( I'm too nervous getting stuff online and if the stuff is legit, I'm new to all this )
Basically I'm taking a lot less test. than given which lets me stock pile.

900-1200 is excellent for 100mg per week. I would personally keep it there for my TRT cruises, then if you get a good stockpile and decide you want to blast for a 2-3 months you would likely get great results on just 300mg per week of Test. Particularly if your diet is in order.
There are some very legit suppliers here. If you stick around and keep reading you'll get a little more comfortable with the protocols, even with a relatively small Test only blast. You'll also get a feel for what suppliers quality are based on bloodwork submitted by members.
