      Critique my offseason lean mass cycle / some questions

      Critique the offseason cycle, going for lean mass to make prep easier next year.

      I'm cruising on 200mg test currently coming off of a half ass tren "cycle".

      Weeks 1-20 Test E 150-250mg (then cruise on 200 again)
      Weeks 1-16 Deca 600-800mg (possibly more)
      Weeks 1-prep EQ 600mg-800mg.
      Weeks 1-5 100mg NPP ED.
      Weeks 4-7 either 20mg SD, 20mg M1t, or 25mg of dbol.
      Weeks 16-21 50mg tbol, 75mg var, or 25mg Dbol
      Weeks 1-20 50-75mg proviron.
      Weeks 4-16 IGF1-LR3 75mcg daily.



      I am a competitor. Doing a higher anabolic off season. Let's hear opinions. If i listed multiple orals, still deciding.


      Should i use Hgh or IGF1?


      Stats 5'10 213lbs

      Not critiquing but asking as these are a bit different from what I am used to seeing:

      Why the NPP ED. with the deca? as they are pretty similar just but with different half lives. I have seen the talk of them being night and day but I have never bought into that.

      What is your thought behind doing the orals at the end? I have seen plenty of discussions on this but looking to hear what you have in mind.

      Will you be transitioning into a cut directly after this or will their be a maintenance period?

      I vote for the one of the bols over anavar but that might change based on why you say you are doing them at the end of the cycle. But I would say go with whatever one you have had the best experience with that matches what you are looking for. Tbol if your lipids have moved to far to the negative (but still not "terrible") by week 16.

      sorry i see there are two sets of orals. one at the beginning and then again at end. That makes sense to me. So I will then give the recommendation on the second of orals that same as I said above:

      I vote for the one of the bols over anavar but that might change based on why you say you are doing them at the end of the cycle.       I don't have enough experience with the first set to have an opinion.

      There will be a slight intermission in between.


      Sorry I'm just getting back to you.

      Possibly might up the test to 400 and keep eq and deca at 600.

      Agree with Ragor, i wont say much about it till we know more, but in my opinion, that is way too much for offseason... save the majority of your 'higher doses' for prep.

      My honest opinion is there's no right or wrong way to run you AAS, granted there are obvious exceptions. The bigger your dose the greater the potential for muscle growth.
      Your diet will be the only deciding factor if you stay lean or get sloppy in your offseason. If you're holding water , check your fluid intake , e2 and sodium. If you're getting too fat too fast check your diet. My opinion is your diet should be tighter in the offseason then come contest time. If you're eating a enough to grow you should "need" a cheat meal or a refeed meal as you should already be taking in enough to grow. That's not to say don't go out and get a burger and fries with your buddies or your girl once a week , we're not robots and have lives outside the gym but you catch my drift

      In regards to HGH and lr3, if you can afford it run. MK 677 is a nice substitute or addition to HGH
