Personally, I have way better reactions to this using arimidex.

Your BP is high but not crazy high.. I would suggest loading on more water and increase your cardio almost x 2 for now..Drop the exemestane to E3D, the deactivation on estro is longer than you think, in fact bro-science says ED/EOD..HUGE NO NO!!!

Here's why, there's a reason behind it as "pharmacodydynamics" recognizes its effects and machanism course of actions has been evaluated and documented; Plasma estrogen (estradiol, estrone, and estrone sulfate) suppression was seen starting at a 5-mg daily dose of exemestane, with a maximum suppression of at least 85%,andto 95% achieved at a 25-mg dose.

Exemestane 25 mg daily reduced whole body aromatization (as measured by injecting radiolabeled androstenedione) by 98%..

After a single dose of exemestane 25 mg, the maximal suppression of circulating estrogens occurred 2 to 3 days after dosing and persisted for 4 to 5 days.

So you see here, taking it twice daily, or ED or EOD not only shows some sort of bro-sicence regurgitation that's been spouting on some panel somewhere, it also has no value, and absolutely no benefit or advantage aside from making you feel like hell...Just because a particular medicine has a said half-life, that doesn't always mean we should time our dosages accordingly, because there's specific mechanism of actions taking place in cellular groups that may have a continued expression and influence..Far as pharmacology sees it, there is NO medical suggestions of administration needing to be twice a daily, ONCE A DAY, OR ONCE EVERY OTHER DAY..Once a day is the recommended dose, depending on the situation and diagnosis of a medical condition such as cancer and such...

In the main time, lower that dose and space the timing out more and drink more water and seriously hit more cardio for BP issues..

High E will have a tendency to cause a rise in blood pressure from water retention and inflammation. Any swelling in your ankles? Feeling bloated? Do you know what you baseline BP was? Make sure you get the Estrogen sensitive test next time because it's more accurate for men. You're a good dude DWBO as higher BP is nothing to ignore.

I've definitely noticed some bloating. My ring is difficult to remove now, I can see some bloat in my face around my eyes. Not exactly sure what my baseline BP was but have always been told I have excellent BP, I think like right around 120/80.
