Time to roll into offseason here, looking to stay relatively lean but putting on some nice size for next year's shows.


Weeks 1-16 Test E 200mg (maybe 500?)
Weeks 1-16 Deca 600-800mg
Weeks 1-16 EQ 600mg (will lower on cruise)
Weeks 3-7 Dbol 20mg daily
Weeks 1-16 4ius GH (will continue on the cruise also into prep)
Weeks 1-8 75mcg IGF1
Weeks 12-16 75mg igf1.
Weeks 12-16 20mg dbol


Not a huge off season stack, trying out lower test high anabolic.

First time using igf1 and hgh.


Low dosed dbol at the beginning and trial end of the cycles, might switch weeks 12-16 to var.


Going to aid the use of HGH to use less gear this off season, so I can blast nicely for prep. There will be about 8ish weeks in between the bulk and prep to recover.


Simple goal is to gain some nice lean mass. Got a few pointers from known board.members and competitors, time to go hard Lean mass offseason cycle critique (repost)
