NAC reducing AI effectiveness?

So I saw a post earlier by a vet claiming that taking NAC at the same time as your oral steroid will reduce the effectiveness. Couldn't find the post again or I would have asked this there. My question is if this is true would it reduce the effectiveness of an AI if taken at the same time? I usually down most of my pills t4/multi/AI/NAC/fish oil first thing in the morning all at once so I don't forget. Any advise Is greatly appreciated thanks

Yeah I'd keep NAC around 30-45 minutes away from anything for good measure. NAC is a very strong Cleaning Supplement so I don't even take around food.

If you're running TUDCA with orals, which you should, I'd recommend you space them 3 hours apart. Probably a little over kill, but why take the chance.

Exactly I give minimum 45 minutes even for Food on NAC or TUDCA. I would say your playing it very safe and that's good. I've tried to Eat after or right before taking worst Heartburn I have ever had. Also was taking Pharmacy Anavar from a Dr and taking close to my NAC needless to say that was a very Expensive lesson of why to not Take around NAC. Anavar got flushed straight through me 50mg day and 0 effectiveness.

Also warned to add on NAC yes its a Supplement sold Over the Counter but you can also get it Dr prescribed and run it IV "injection into a Vien" so NAC is a very Strong Compound.
