I assume that at some point we will all have to settle back to TRT/maintainable levels. My goal is to get where I want to be and try to keep it together for as long as possible. That can be a very long time these days. A little common sense goes a long way, IMHO.

This is an interesting topic. I am looking forward to what others have to say.

We have the tools at our disposal to monitor our health if we are willing and have the finances to do so. If you're not getting crazy, take the necessary time off, are healthy in general, and monitor your health closely there's no reason things should get out of hand unless you're just unfortunate.

Like yourself, I'm also on TRT but even more conservative with cycles than yourself. My goal is to have perfect bloods before starting any kind of "cycle". Nothing out of range. Blood pressure and heartrate spot on. Then do bloods at least once or twice during cycle.

Compared to your average American who has a life expectancy of 70+, I would wager my odds of longevity are better.

We have tools and knowledge at our disposal that previous generations using gear did not. I feel like we can use this to our advantage and get the best of both worlds if that is what is desired and some common sense and moderation are practiced.

I'm sure at those test/npp type cycles you will be able to do it for ten more years no problem. You are doing low doses/no orals, no tren etc. You will be good. I'm 47 and I intend to do these same type cycles till I die. Test/npp is pretty safe, do your blood work, good luck, I'm in the same position, keep it in moderation.

Monitoring your health is key. Get monthly bloods and everything checked out as often as you can. Stay on top of your health. I know people on TRT for 20+ years still going strong!

I use Private MD Labs. Rarely ever spend more than $70-100 per test, sometimes less. Just depends on what all you're looking to get done on a particular test. It's quick, easy, and anonymous if you don't use your actual info and a prepaid card.

I try to keep their current promo codes posted here: PrivateMDLabs.com Promo Codes
