      Amino Acids

      what amino acids acids are best while on cycle to promote growth,i know there an essential part of muscle growth , an theirs a million an one answers on google saying different things, so its a bit confusing as to whats really essential

      L-leucine
      Leucine is the primary BCAA, and is the BCAA where most benefit is given to. Supplementing Leucine on its own is still beneficial and may be cheaper than BCAA mixes

      I 2nd this^^ i also look for BCAAS that are high in L-leucine

      these are the best i tried for my $ .flavor is good strength is great.u can get them at complete nutrition if theres one close by u or online. $40

      There's not a elite brand out there per say, just go with a reputable brand, its all the same stuff man.. if its pricey that doesnt mean its better.. I use most all BodyTech by vit-shoppe.. however for better taste I do sub out here and there with other brands

      I use all day you may rich piana brand. I like the liver support and it has amino and bcaa and tastes damn good. Mango pineapple my fav. Pretty much drink it all day

      You need to consume all amino acids (i.e. Complete Proteins) to provide the essentials for protein synthesis. However, Google PubMed, and search BCAA and exercise. Fair amount of research supporting the use of BCAA supplementation post workout to promote muscle growth. For example: Activation of mTORC1 by leucine is potentiated by branched-chain amino acids and even more so by essential amino acids following resistance exercise. - PubMed - NCBI
