Hey brother for your blood pressure cardatone? (I'm spelling it wrong ) is best , beet root extract is very good as well, don't forget about cialis!
Cholesterol is tough to actually manage on cycle when you're fighting AAS, soluble fiber is good, supplements to help citrus bergamot, garlic , GW5150 are really good as well. Fish oil and krill oil are really good as well
Edit : cardio is one of the best things you can do for your HDL

I take prescription vacepa which is high grade fish oil omega 3 isocapent ester... best fish oil on the market rite now... for colesterol... blood pressure diovan or colanidine as needed but u can control it naturally by eating a big jar of plain yogurt a day and drinking a 1/2 gal of grapefruit juice... it also has a lot to do with age and genetics

Good question.
Every year at work they do blood screenings at the end of August and of course I'm at the end of my summer cycle so results always come out looking wacky

Ok seems I'm on the right track with cardio
I will get bloods done soon I just don't trust these local doctors I live in a backwoods small town
