Loose stomach skin

Hi brothers. Any advice on tighten loose stomach skin. Have small amount after losing about 40 pounds

Not really possible without either filling the space underneath it with muscle or fat, or getting surgery to remove the skin. Just get some HGH gut and then it'll be tighter.

Are you sure that there isn't fat left. If there is even a small amount of fat left under the skin, it will not reattach to the muscle.

40lbs is nothing to worry about my man, give it time and it should tighten up on its own... hold that weight loss, dont rebound... if your over 40... its may not tighten as muh as u like it to... good luck my friend!

It should tighten up on its own brother at a 40 pound weight loss. I'm going to guess that you lost the weight very fast because the skin has less time to adjust. But in any event I think you are ok. If you were looking at 100 plus pounds, you would likely have to consider surgical options.

I heard this on a podcast.

You really have no idea do you? Obviously never used GH

40lb isnt that much weight and time should fix it there probably will be stretch marks but the body takes time to adapt especially rapid weight loss.
