I feel like whenever I'm on heavy cycles and I'm working out hard I can taste the gear when I exhale... Anyone else??

You should really aspirate EVERY time you do an IM injection. There’s a reason they teach it in med school and nursing school. You can always practice with an empty syringe and no pin, you’ll feel the suction against your skin and you’ll know you’re pulling back. When you aspirate for real you barely need any force pulling and you don’t need to pull back very far. IF you’re in a vein blood will fill the syringe quickly with little effort. With enough practice you’ll be able to inject and aspirate with one hand.

If if you can’t “see”where you’re sticking get a mirror to see behind you to do dorsogluteal.

Tne and tren I always taste, I always get that tren cough and tne i taste in my lungs as well
