Pip with gso
So I got a TD in Thursday the 19th. I did a 1cc shot of test mix of total 400 mg. I did as always I cleaned the vial top with alcohol pad let set for 1 min. Drew 1 cc and switched to 25g. Cleaned glute with new alcohol pad. Waited 1 min then injected. A little pip to start but has got worse over the past 4 days. It's red, hot and bruised around inject area. The swelling is the size of my hand and spreading. What's your guys opinion should I wait it out another 4-5 days. Also I did a shit in other glute yesterday with different sponsor and no swelling or soreness. Maybe my gear is a bad batch?

I think you're just sensitive to high mg gear. I've had pins in my ass swell to the size of softball
My gut says your fine, take a Tylenol and ice it and that will help 10 fold. I think Tylenol highly under rated sometimes you pin and it's just not your day , Tylenol really helps with the swelling and inflammation.
If your really worried go see a doctor you only get one ass no need to have to two holes in it

This is a loaded questions as it can prove rather difficult to generalize because a number of things could have taken place..
1) The Product being possibly contaminated, improperly filtered/heated and/or POOR QUALITY RAWS THAT POSSES "HIGH" LEVELS OF ACIDIC RESIDUALS,OR HEAVY METALS..
2) Injection protocol done in a dirty environment (I know you cleaned, but read further, I'll explain), anything could have been on the outer dermis / because our skin and other regions of the body posses a slew of pathogens, bacteria, viruses, toxins, parasites and fungi, and even HAIRS that can all be contributing factors inducing a localized lymphatic response..There's so many major potentials here!
3) High hormone and solvent ratio as our system is NOT intended to have an invasion such as this, especially with the concentration used, our bodies have a complex interplay of defense mechanisms so our WBC's like to temporally quarantine anything that's invasive (scoping things out by sending in the RE-CON enzymes and lymphocytes to the localize area cause this swelling/heat and site irritation)..There's a cascade of events with molecules, and enzymes that are triggered by mechanisms to regulate the target tissue, there in the event whatever the foreign substance is , it's either utilized/cleaved (By our esterases & hydrolysateand Enzymes) and activated, or deemed intrusive, and eliminated (this can happen when I specific target site is saturated therefore the contents are most likely just sitting there)..There's going to always be an immune response but to what degree ,and this will vary on the individuals gene expression, as we all posses different amounts of inhibitors and activator molecules..
4) Some of the contents could have seeped in-between the sub-q tissue or outer dermis layer, or ever possibly sitting on or around a nerve..Thus, this is triggering discomfort and irritation..There's layers for great reasons, these separated environments like your epidermis, derims and sub-q and muscle has multiple layers and barriers..Now when you brake that sterile envelope and solvents or carrier oil and hormones get between, you risk a slew of potential infectious possibilities, PIP and so on..Believe it or not or even a hair being delivered intramuscular or into these layers can trigger this.. Swabbing or not, this can happen..Look a the layers this way -
in our GI track, there's a slew of bac that can make one extremely sick, and in fact it can be fatal in the event of gastrointestinal fistula (GIF),if fluids seep or leak to the surrounding tissue/organs in a gut-to-gut interaction..But yet, we have this bac in our GI daily and we're unaffected because of the barriers..
5) You have a mild case of cellulitis induced by the high mg hormone/solvent concentration and the system being unable to absorb and metabolize the contents..
There's so many factors at play here, and this all becomes dependent upon the sensitive of the individual (you) and this is also a great reason why I sometimes dismiss the use of multi blend cocktails, high dosed hormone products, or even no ester hormones (TNE/SUSPENSIONS/NO ESTER, ETC.)..These tend to create a large presence of lymphocytes in or around the injection site, in attempts to neutralize any invader...(truth is sensitively will vary with individuals)..
The take home notes: My suggestion is keep an eye on the tissue, and in the main-time take some benadryl if you have any along with tylenol, and at night tylenol PM, it possesses a cocktail of pain reliever and antihistamines. I'd make it a point to see your physician or even walk into urgent care if the symptoms get worst, they may prescribe you some Bactrim..You can ice the hell out of it, but what ever you do, DO NOT rub!

I get the same pip with GSO that you're describing. It's seems like an allergic reaction you're experiencing. It could also be something else, as mentioned above. MCT is the only carrier I'll use except pharm grade oil. I thought I contaminated my gear before I figured it out. Try using a different carrier oil and see how you do. I put a order in with Geno due to the oil he uses. I'll post my results with pip on my next cycle. Good luck gimping around and explain why. Lol

Thes swelling is the size of your hand? and spreading? That's, not good brother..keep a very close eye on that.If it does not get better I would go see a Doc..this is not to scare you by any means. The doc could put you on antibiotics quick if need be.
