Thread: Glucophage (metformin) question

How much glucophage do you need and how many days will it take to put you into ketosis?

The Dosage amount will vary by individual and what your eating...usually people start with 500mg and go from there...most people are in the 1000 to 2000mg a day range but i need to warn you this is no game.....get yourself a blood glucose meter and you need to watch yourself so you don't crash and burn....having a constant low Blood Glucose level can lead to trouble....alot of people find they can't deal with the constant nausea that comes with this medication and with low blood sugar and they abandon it........i personally wouldn't take it

I agree with rghtnow. I have no use for this product as well.
