Lean bulk cycle
Been running this cycle for 13 weeks now and have seen great gains. Been keeping good conditioning with improved vascularity as well as lean mass gains. Cardio has been 3-4x week 20 minute intervals post workout.
Current stats as of today are:
Age: 28
Height: 5'10
Weight: 228lbs
Body fat: 9%
Just wanted to note my diet is on point as well as my nutrient/supplement timing.
Here's what I set up:
Test E: 400mg per week; weeks 1-16
EQ: 600mg per week; weeks 1-16
NPP: 400mg per week; weeks 1-15
HGH: 2iu's everyday; weeks 1-16
Tbol: 50mg every day; weeks 1-5
Slin: 10iu's of novalog pre workout, weeks 4-8 & weeks 12-16
Anavar: 50mg every day; week 12-16
Arimidex: 0.5mg Monday, Wednesday, Friday, every week
**For PCT: may not run PCT and just cruise on test cyp 250mg per week until I start cycle back up next year for competition. Been a fan of the cruise since I don't have to wait for long ester test to kick in or front load; plus I also like to stay on GH for at least 6 months or longer so keeping TRT dose of test gives me good synergy with the GH. But if I don't cruise this would be my PCT:
HCG: one week after last pin of test E & EQ; 500iu every other day
Arimidex: 2 weeks after last pin of test E & EQ; 1mg everyday weeks 1-2, then 0.5mg everyday weeks 3-4
Clomid: 2 weeks after last pin of test E & EQ; 50mg everyday weeks 1-2, then 25mg everyday weeks 3-4

Looks good bro. Why you taking off insulin from weeks 8-12? To re sensitize yourself?

My training style is more old school Mike Mentzer style with a bit of Mountain dog John Meadows sequencing. I love the compound moves and also tend to power body build from time to time.
Diet is currently 350g protein, 300g carbs, and about 85g fat. Get most of my carbs pre/intra/post workout and also using loads of vegetables to get more vitamins/nutrients from my diet. Really like high protein diets because they keep you more full and also do not store as easily as fat does in relation to carbs and fat so therefore protein synthesis is always revved up and keep that anabolic state active nearly 24/7 to maximize growth and recovery. Also I'm a big advocate of EAA's intra and post workout as well as later on in the day with some collagen just to add the building blocks for my protein to grow upon more soundly.

Forgot to ask.. what's your training style and diet like? And do you switch up training style a bit when in prep for shows or keep it rather consistent year round?

Haha we basically follow the same principles for diet, that's literally how I structure mine and anyone I help. I'm eating way more carbs then I usually do so I put them in meals away from peri workout period but high protein, perk workout carbs is what I believe. I stole it from JM lol
Training I think I respond to high volume work. Lately I've been following MIlos Taylor workouts, progressive overload in the beginning of the workout followed by a giant set at the end. I'm usuing a decent amour of insulin might as follow what he preaches. I really need to get back to the logbook.
I've been having a hard time staying away from the gym , 6 or 7 times a week but I'm just beating myself into the ground

Great minds think alike my friend. JM is one of my favorites he's very knowledgeable and thinks outside the box a bit so it's definitely more progressive. The logbook is a great tool tho. I need to make a new one and use it this off season as well.
And I feel you on trying to stay away from the gym. I've always been a gym rat so trying to do 4 days per week is extremely tough but I found a way to kind of finesse that is doing a 4 day split with one day rest then repeat. That way the muscle group being trained gets about 4 days of recovery after blasting it to then get annihilated again. I'll do only 9-11 pure working sets (warm-ups not included) and get out. Maybe that can help you at least get the volume down a bit from where you're at currently. It worked well for me during last years off season. I got up to 246lbs with about 11% body fat eating 6k calories a day. Tying my shoes became a serious task lol
